Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Jada Michelle Media, LLC. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

Booking & Cancellation

To cancel or reschedule please contact me via e-mail. You have up until 24 hours prior to your session to cancel. Once we are within 24 hours you will forfeit 100% of the service cost paid if canceled. There is a ONE TIME courtesy to reschedule. If you need to cancel your rescheduled appointment /session then you will forfeit 100% of the service cost.

For Packages Deposit is due before any service is rendered. The remaining balance is due before any content is received. There is a ONE TIME opportunity for any revisions to the content provided. Any additional revisions requested will be done at an additional fee of $30. All intellectual property rights for any content provided (Including but not limited to, Graphics, Logos, Video, Website, Copywriting, Ads, etc) Belongs to Jada Michelle Media, LLC, and does not count as work for hire. Rights may be transferred for an additional cost.

Turnaround Time For Content is as follows :

Videos & Photos: 48 - 72 hours; 72 hours+ for weekend content sessions

Graphics: 48 - 72 Hours

Websites: 7-10 Days

Writing: 48-72 Hours

Consultation Proposals: 72 Hours

Return Policy

Payment for Packages is due in full before service is rendered and is non-refundable after 10 days of payment. (Refunds or partial refunds may be given at the discretion of Jada Michelle Media, LLC)

All digital products (Including but not limited to, E-Guides, Workbooks, Downloadable PDFS) are Non-refundable.

Physical Merchandise may be returned and fully refunded within 14 days of purchase to the original payment used; after 14 days items are non-refundable.
